I have yet again decided to make a Go of my blogging.. (much to my sisters delight) I decided there might actually be something(s) in my life worth blogging about again, even if it's just for my own amusement and reading but I do actually enjoy the concept of blogging and documenting ones Life. Like a scrap book but without any bloody paper cuts or glue stains on the carpet.
So here is my pitch - a Story worth telling - in my opinion.
I am now a tiny bit over the mid twenties stage of my life and just about to move to an idyllic small town by the Irish Coast. Windmills.. Castles.. you name it, we have it all. I love living by the sea and have been stuck in the city for far too long, the streets of needles and beggars and tourists started to take it's toll on me when the perfect opportunity came along, and I'm not a person to put up a fight with Faith when it for once came so handy. And not to mention there is never enough space in a tiny little city apartment, and at some stage you are bound to step on someones toes by just actually breathing the wrong way so it had to go, old flat mates and all, Gone. So packing up and in to a 3 bedroom house we move!! So very exciting!
Now, it wasn't perfect and a lot needed to be done with the house since previous tenants failed horribly when looking after the place. So out came paint buckets and brushes, ripping up carpets and varnishing floors, long shopping trips to Ikea, tackling an over grown garden and shed.. But everything is falling into place and it is looking Oh so Lovely and fresh and we couldn't be more happy! So it's the perfect start to the Summer Holiday and with still some free time on my hands I can't wait to settle in, making everything feel like home without any work stress to worry about.
Cooking and baking, planting little green things in the garden, sitting out in the sun trap soaking up the heat, taking up the dearly missed drawing pad again, and even some photography, walks on the beach, day trips to fly with Hawks and Falcons, having friends over for weekend shenanigans- plenty of space hey, woho.
So really, what is there Not to Blog about!??
Not to mention we'll have a part time Puppy in our house too!
One week to go and it's Moving Day!!
